Inspection items	Inspection standards
Production Site Check	Materials and finished products at the manufacturing site are clearly separated and put in designated area.
	There are no non-manufacturing related items on the production line.
	Check whether production machines and full inspection machines are ready and operate properly.
Raw Material Check	Double confirm the design file against the production order form.
	Check the sepcifiation of the face paper against the production order form
	Check the sepcifiation of the release paper against the production order form
	Check glue against production order form
	Check ink against production order form
Personnel Check	1. Product engineers in place
	2. Line manager in place
	3. Required workers in place

Production Line Check	Check if the sticker size matches the seal sample
	Check if the printed content exactly the same as design.
	Check if the cutting shape matches the seal sample
	Appearance inspection (e.g. scratches, ink stains, dents) or non-removable external contamination (dirt/glue)
	The printing color should be consistent with the seal sample
	Check finishing process (all finishing must be checked one by one)
	Check whether the gap betwen 2 lables is consistent with the confirmed size
	Winding must be tight, not loose
Automatic inspection machine	Each sticker need to need inspected by the automatic visual inspection machine before packed into master carton

Inspector Check	Check whether the stickers are stacked or rolled according to order form (If pack in roll, check the diameter of the core)
	The packaging should be the same as customer required, including inner packaging and outer packaging.
	There should be no ink contamination, non-removable black spots on packaging.
	The shipping mark should be in accordance with the customer's requirements,include texts, punctuation, font size
	Check packaging appearance ( the packaging should be complete and not damaged)
	The master carton box should be sealed, tightly sealed.
